Ace Premium Badminton Academy – Training Terms & Conditions
Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully before completing registration. By registering for any program or training session, participants (and parents or legal guardians of minors) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Registration and Payment:
Participants must register for training sessions at least four (4) days in advance and provide all required registration information.
Registration is not complete and participation is not guaranteed until full payment has been received.
Waitlist Policy:
If a selected session is full, the participant will be placed on a waitlist and notified by email if a spot becomes available.
Payment instructions will be provided only if and when a spot opens and enrollment is confirmed.
Payments are currently accepted via Zelle.
No Refunds for Missed Classes:
All training fees are non-refundable.
There are no refunds, credits, reimbursements, or extensions for missed classes, regardless of reason.
Replacement Class Requests:
Requests for replacement classes must be submitted in writing by email to acepremium26@gmail.com with at least seven (7) days’ advance notice.
Requests submitted with less than seven (7) days’ notice will not be accommodated.
Replacement Class Availability:
Replacement classes are subject to availability and will be scheduled on dates designated by the coaching staff from available options.
Replacement classes are not guaranteed.
Required Equipment and Attire:
Students must bring their own badminton racket, water bottle, and appropriate athletic apparel, including non-marking indoor badminton court shoes.
Class Cancellation by the Academy:
Ace Premium Badminton Academy reserves the right to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to facility issues, coach unavailability, weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond the Academy’s control. If the Academy cancels a class, it will, at its discretion, either provide a refund for the canceled class or offer a replacement class.
Assumption of Risk:
Participation in badminton training involves inherent risks of physical injury.
By enrolling, participants (and parents or legal guardians of minors) acknowledge and voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation in training, practice, and related activities.
Medical Authorization (Minors):
For minor participants, parents or legal guardians authorize Ace Premium Badminton Academy and its staff to seek emergency medical treatment if reasonably necessary during training sessions.
Conduct and Safety:
Participants are expected to follow all academy rules, safety guidelines, and coach instructions.
The Academy reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.
Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
